Hi damci, in NavCoders readme file Jochen advises to increase the timeout value (in the Tools menu under Options) to 500ms or higher. Additionally he also advised me to switch off the radio to cut down on I-bus 'traffic'. I've never had a problem reading or coding the LCM.
