There is rumor that they will be making some changes across X5 line in fall of this year when diesel X5 is released. Don't have details on engine yet, but expect the DPC and other features from X6 to hit X5 and it will wear the Xdrive logo. I am not ruling out the engines changes as yet. So keep fingers crossed.
The 4.4 TT engine is supposed to have different variations.
