The colour problem indicates you have transposed some/all of the RGB video wires to the monitor, this will give the effect you show as the Red signal from the nav computer may be controlling the blue video driver in the monitor etc, so any reds will show as blue .... hence the odd mix of colour.

As for the white noise, I don't know about that one. Is it 'engine static' or a true white noise (rushing sound)?

The fact that you are off course could be down to GPS antenna or receiver fault, or wheel/gyro sensors ... what does your GPS status say in the Service screen? Photo's of each service screen may be a help...
