Furthermore...in kansas, you don't have to wait 10 days. I walked into the gun store (right by the BMW dealership) gave them my info, and walked out with the Glock (after i used their shooting range to fire off about 250 rounds). That was 2 years ago. But I don't think the law has changed for a 10 day waiting period here since then.
