Ugh...!! Sounds like a really bad experience. Sorry to hear that. We currently have GE stove and microwave with no problems. We DID replace the GE dishwasher, which was INCREDIBLY loud, with a Bosch.
You're right about Miele. They are the BMW of appliances.
