Interesting story: I remember my Dad had a Caddy in the early 80's that had a leak that they never could fix. He went back time after time (every time it rained hard!) and they couldn't fix it. Finally, he went to another dealer, they (I guess) peeled things apart and said that this car had been in a wreck and the body was slightly bent. Since the car had been sold as a NEW CAR, all it took was a convincing call to the dealership from my Dad's attorney and they delivered him a new (un-bent) car.
