Nope not true

There's no rattle whatsoever on my X5 and I think I got an ok system in mine. The fuel door rattle ism most likely coming from the little plastic piece (green colored on mine) which is used to hold the gas filler cap when you are at the gas station. You can simply bend the two metal "strips" the plastic slides into and the rattle will most likely be gone.

Removing rattles is a very time consuming job and takes experience, this is something which seperates the good shops from the others ... ....
