Hi everyone!

I'm new at this forum and I dont have an X5 but soon an 1-serie BMW later this week and I have a question about the navigation software that I hav'nt been able to find an answer to here when I've searched. Hope someone can help me.

I have the Business navigation with just arrows in my car. I've heard that in the newer E87's there has been an upgrade to the business navigation so it has arrows and maps. So my question is; can I upgrade the software myself so I get the newer version or do I have to leave my car at a BMW servicestation for them to do it? Or is it even possible at all to upgrade the navigation software in my E87 to the newer one?
