But it won't hurt anything, and might even help the HU to sound better when the bass hits (or not). I'm glad you didn't make a special purchase, though, since you had bought amps specifically designed to avoid the need for external capacitance.
are certain amps not designed to work w/ C.A.P.'s? what exactly does a C.A.P. do? I thought they were used to store power for the subs when needed? i didn't know that depending on where they were located, they could affect sound quality.
