Actually I have another alternative plan!!(maybe because I'm not confident enough about whether the alu rails gonna fit without any additional work..)

What if I wanted to leave the roof without the roof rail????(just remove the current rails) --> what parts do I need to get to fill the gaps??
Has anyone seen E70 without the roofrail??? I'm just wondering what it looks like.

(P.S. I just found out on the E70 brochure that there is one 3.0si without roofrail.. and looks not that bad.)
