Problem is, the Navteq license forbids reselling the discs. I tho't I'd upgrade to the latest and offset the cost by selling the older CDs on eBay. Apparently Navteq pays someone to search listings and challenge them based on a license infraction. I gave up and resolved never to pay Navteq another dime...
