I am about to turn in my leased 2005 X5 and I think it may be best if I trade someone my custom sub enclosure and amp for your OEM sub. I made the mistake of selling mine here for $100 3 years ago and I have a feeling they will charge me an arm and a leg to get back to OEM.
You MUST have the upgraded DSP System in your X5.
Here is the catch. You need to be in the Sacramento, California area to make this happen. I would like for Paradigm Audio to uninstall my set-up and install for you while they reinstall your OEM sub into my vehicle. You will need to pay them for their labor which shouldn't be that much. I paid them $1400 for parts and install originally and the bass is excellent!
Email
[email protected] if interested. It must be done this week as I have to turn the vehicle in by the 23rd of March.
