Heck...Just pick another place in California. The South Bay is one of the most expensive places to live in Northern California. Good thing about IT and the medical industry is IT is where everything is going. Tracking results, patient demographics, interfaces, reporting, HIPA security you name it there is an IT solution. Soon everyone will be going this route.
