Remembering the Sabbath Day and keeping it holy was part of the Old Testament covenant or the laws handed down by God to Moses, otherwise known as the Ten Commandments.
Exodus Chapter 20. And the Sabbath is Saturday, not Sunday. Christians are now under the new covenant as believers that Jesus is the Son of God, died and resurrected on the third day for the sins of all mankind.
