i have reinstalled the application, I have re downloaded GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment. And no matter what I do I still get this error. Can anyone help?

Hi!
If you copy the
.exe file to the
C:\GTK\bin folder (or wherever you installed it) and start it from there, it should work like a charm! If you have Windows Vista you should start it by right-clicking the file and choose "Run as Administrator".
