True, true. Please keep it civil. I know you're PO'd Ryan and I totally understand that but JCL is a gentleman and I don't think he was trying to insult you.

I have disputed charges when the merchant wasn't being straight with me but it seems to me that your beef is with Hotels.com. Don't they have any sort of assurances on the quality and amenities of hotels they list? If not, I would try going up the chain with Hyatt. Of course, you've circumvented that with your CC company. I would chalk this up to a bad experience and leave it at that. I have stayed in very nice and pricey hotels that charge up to $25 a day for Internet access when the freaking Holiday Inn offers if for free. Is that on par with what a "nicer" hotel should offer as an included amenity nowadays? Hell yeah! Internet should be gratis in any better hotel.

Good luck with it and now I know never to stay at that Hyatt.
