I have disputed charges when the merchant wasn't being straight with me but it seems to me that your beef is with Hotels.com. Yeah, I went with Hotels.com and they did reverse 50.00 of it, but there was nothing else they could/would do. They did call Hyatt and discussed the issues with them. I don't know what to do beyond that point. So I then was advised to contact Hyatt directly, which I did, but they acted condescending to me and refused to act like I was at all anything but wrong. So I asked my credit card company to help, and they have
