There is the technically correct and then there is the Real World. You really think it is wise to do business with the dealership after you have shown them that attitude? Even if you do force them to accept the credit card, how do you think they will treat you after you send the credit card company after them for violating the credit card agreement?
At best I would see a Pyrrhic victory.
