I would not move to PA. We have crappy roads and you can't buy a freakin' six pack at a grocery store or gas station. Culture shock when I moved from the southern state to here.
Oh - I "cracked" one of my brand new BBS wheels Sunday in Philly because of the crappy road. This is the 2nd wheel that I bent since I moved here.

You can now get beer and Wine at Wegman's  the roads are still shitty but at least you can numb the pain of a bent wheel with a sixer
