You're wrong here Wagner...Here is why.

Here are two resident aliens who are not American citizens who used a gun to commit a crime and one other who's status in unknown.

I say deport the two who's status is known to Mexico and hold the other until we know the true status of his citizenship. Why order an education for two immigrants who have used a gun in a crime? Only benefit I see is they could use a gun to demand the wallets and purses of Americans in English instead of broken English. I say deport them both and if the other turns out not to be a citizen deport him as well.
