As for the option row buttons (I do this for every BMW :p) it appears that heated seats, auto top open/close, PDC, and DTC are the only buttons. This continues to be the case for international 6ers as well. So I guess the extra "space" is normal and can't be filled.

and yeah i'm looking for a black convertible. definitely going with the auto-box though. (1) i've driven the new automatics in the 335 and love it (2) maybe i'm getting old but i'm just tired of shifting and all the jerking of smg (3) i just want something comfy, that i enjoy to drive, with the top down, that turns persian girls into little puddles when i kick it in beverly hills with my friends
