Can confirm JCL's above consumptions.
With my X5 2004 (3.0d, 218ps, Auto, 235-65/17 tyres) I' m having about 9lt/100Km (on highways, with 120-150Km/hr speed) and about 10-11lt/100Km on the city.
Car has about 70,000km (I drove 17,000 of them)
