Yes, they are OEM rims. Your dealer is mistaken, what a shock, huh. There are only a few non runflats in 20" with Michelin and Toyo being two that I found. I went with the Michelins since I've had good experience with them in past. As for the TPM, I just had the ones from my 19's removed and installed on the 20's. If I had to do it again, I would have ordered the sensors with the tires so that if/when I want to reinstall the 19's, I won't have to remove the sensors again.
