I have fitted the Alpine CHA-S634 including the BRLA1 Adapter and the KCA130B Mbus-Inet Adapter and apparently it is not working.

I have a 2005 X5 3.0i with Navigation and Comms Pack. I spoke to some other installers and they say it should work fine. Is there anything I need to ensure to get the deice working.

The power works when it is all connected but no sound and no acknowledgement that the front control panel unit is picking up anything.

Please advise
