While I understand the Nanny Mentality of this law and the argument that this kid will be exposed at home I do see some benefit. Cars are compact areas which expose a child to high concentrations. While imperfect I agree it is in the best interest of the child. What we now know about the dangers of smoking and that impact on children plays a bit role in my opinion here.

I hate big government and that what this law accounts to; however, I'm willing to overlook this instance knowing they meddle all the time anyway.
