there is no noise issue with my 2008 x5 4.8 with sport Package and 214 rims and 20. The oem Dunlop RFT is quiet, but I know if you have a oem bridgestone 20 RFT. They have noise issue. You can swap out your RFT and installed a non runflat, they will be quieter than the RFT same profile. and have a slight softer ride than RFT. Just make sure you have a backup plan in case of a flat!
