I've got it where it goes into phone mode, and mutes the radio, mic works, but there is no audio out. The kit was for an E46 3 Series and it integrates into the DB25 connector in the rear of the car.

Not sure about the SES jumper, but the phone audio to the radio module can be fed on pins 6 (+) and 12 (-) of the small black plug. See
