LOL...Already have that equation plus two cats. Public school is not an option but as you say it won't be cheap especially in the Bay Area of California. I'm pretty sure we can pull that off but I might need to put off that Austin Martin for a few more decades.

We waited so long so we could finish school, start a career and buy some property. Next thing you know we're 40+ but moving so fast we think we're in our early 30's. Along comes a kid and you finally know what is really important in life.

I'll sacrifice if need be...
