How did you get an almost new, "used" car with less than 600 miles on
it, and the local Russian stlr is telling you to pound sand, 13 months after
its in service date?

PS/Edit: if the sltr can "run" your key, it will tell him "in service" date;
if the oem warr. is only a year in Russia, or because of the car's import
circumstances from US, all the "stamps" and creative writing in the world
probably won't help.
