Imagine slapping a 70-200 2.8 with IS on that thing and carrying it around all day! yikes. As PNG says the MkIII is about the same size weight, I can't imagine having that body unless you're a pro, and if you're not a pro, you'ld definitely need a monpod, or big biceps
