I think it was a great experience. They put you in whatever vehicle you are picking up and give a you mini-Driver's Ed course. My wife had never tracked a car of any type, and I'd not even considered it in an SUV, altho have tracked Porsches. The X5 was incredible. Wished for a manual 6 speed!

And everyone is offered the off road course, tho we were the only X buyers. Everone else that wanted to got an X3. I could not believe how well the Xs all handled it. Up on two wheels over the hill. Leaning to the side at an impossible angle later on!

Factory tour was canceled do to turnover from 07 to 08, but we did get to see an X6 on the track in disguise.
