After listening to them, I would classify both of them as "soul/pop". Duffy is even more on the "soul" side.
Sorry, this music is not my style at all. I would suggest similar style artists would be Supremes, Diana Ross, KD Lang, Indeep, Thalia, Mary Wells, etc.
