Don't know about OKC, but if you want to run over to Tulsa the dealer here (owned by the Howard Group - think OKC based) is A+. Just built a new facility and I have been extremely pleased. There is one Indy that I have investigated, but since mine is still under warranty and is a CPO will be frequenting the dealer (it doesn't hurt that he is only 4 miles away!!).
Besides, if you have heard bad things about Cooper, how hard can it be to screw up an oil change? Another possiblity is to befriend a good oil change place and then just go buy the filter and let them do it ...
