The rear is a glue on and a bit$H to get off. Once you remove it, you will need a new one! Be very careful removing it. I had a buddy slightly pry it while I ran a very sharp razor blase around the edges to break the glue seal. To replace I cleaned all the old glue off and cleaned it......Took some trial and error to figure it out, but it is done now.
