Red face Plastic Surgeon uses "Mommy in X5 picture book" to explain breast augmentation....
So, how do you explain your kids that you are or have gone through a breast augmentation or breast reduction....well, use a picture book....the funny thing it is showing a mom driving a X5 explaining the procedure....
