There was also a $625 bank fee that gets added to the cap cost that they wouldn't move on which is why I negotiated harder for the $500 over invoice. I also had an issue with the $180 training fee but I caved on that as it was on the invoice.

That is a very good deal! Can you really negotiate your monthly payment the moment you order your x5? Is that going to be the same after 2 months when you pick up your X5?
