summary - you need to open the iso image of the nav SW, find the navboot file, paste it to your desktop, use navtweak to open navboot file and the rombitmap that corresponds to the splash screen, right click "replace", and browse to your selected image (same dimensions 400x234px, .gif, see splash screen thread for choices).
