For those of you leasing the E70 4.8i in the US, I was very curious what your TOTAL monthly payment is (including taxes and fees).

Please also state the agreed upon sale price of the vehicle, and the lease terms (allowed mileage, # of months, interest, etc.) Thanks a bunch.
