I have an 01' 3.0 X5 at 145K miles and is still running strong
I am about to do oil change. Does anybody use some sort of motor flush (add to engine, let the engine run idle for 5 minutes but don't drive, then change oil) before changing out oil? The purpose is to clean out the engine. Thanks.
