I was browsing through some videos on youtube and stumbled upon the muffler delete mod done to e90 3 series and the 06-07 e60 530i. Basically, the stock muffler is removed and replaced by a straight pipe with tips at the ends to keep the original look. It sounds really nice and in my opinion is how a BMW I6 should sound.
