never mind, found it!!!!! .

-turn your radio off
-urn it back on and inmediatelly press the SELECT button for 12 seconds
-will give you the radio varsion, NAV-MIN, Area and other stuff.
-Using the < > move to different functions.
-to select USA in Area, pre the "1" button, this will enable the AUDIOTEXT and the capability for Sirius.

-Turn the radio off to save.
-Turn it back on, and select CD, then press the INFO button.
-Will display NAV-MIN and AUDIOTEXT.
-Enable AUDIOTEXT, and that is it
