regarding the not charging. Check the ground - Brown wire. My guess is that it is connected to a blank on the other connector. If you are pairing fine then leave the green and white wires alone. Red is power, and brown is ground - these are the only two you'll need to mess with. Also, on the car side of the connector, pull the cover off and see what you are connecting to.

Thanks. Got the pins out with ease and tried the setup mentioned above, but it still didn't work. I guess I'll mess around with it for a while trying some different combos with red and brown.
