There are 2 ways that I know of to get the disk out.

1. Remove the leads at the back of the unit, put them back in and immediately hold the eject button for about 2 minutes. May have to try this several times!

This works a treat and my preferred method!

Try burning the disk again, at the slowest speed possible and maybe with a different brand of disk. It's happened to me several times and just because it says there were no errors doesn't mean there wasn't some minor discrepency! The drives are very very picky with the disks!
