Thanks everyone - very much appreciated. It definitely is a great feeling. We were lucky in that the previous owners are the 1st owners and they took pride in the place, well maintained and they thought of everything.

Hey M/Suave - it's all ready for the housewarming! It came with a bar and pool table - that sold it for me. I think housewarming may be weekend of Tri-State meet.. I'm trying to change it, but can't tell CEO why!

Yup!! It definitely has dibs!! (by default actually.. wife does not have her license yet. New Yorkers..)
We are good for now with 1 car, she commutes by mass transit, I drive to work. I'd like to get an A4 eventually for her so we'll see (or maybe just upgrade to a 2006 4.8 in a yr or 2).
