Sounds to me like you are trying to update with a modded disc that has the same revision number as the one in the nav computer.

Does your mk3 have 3-1/63 installed? if so v22,v23,v24,v25,v25,v27,v28,v29,v30,v31 will not work as the basis for the nav update unless you change the reveision number or you will need to downgrade to v21, the update with your modded v28, assuming thet you have done the mods correctly and have written it in the correct mode for the mk3.

If you like, post up the pic you want and I'll make you up a modded update disc with the splash screen and a modded revision number as well as in the correct mode for the MK3 (so it will just work), and post it up somewhere for you to download.
