Yes, Herb Chambers is giving me problems. I called the above number and logged a complaint. The phone rep basically didn't give me a satisfactory response. I'm trying to confirm that my vehicle had been inspected by a BMW dealership prior to the sale. The previous owner installed an aftermarket subwoofer wire into the wiring harness and service techs at Herb Chambers believe that voids warranty and prevents them from fully diagnosing the battery drain/vehicle sleep mode problem. Basically, I'm being held responsible for the cost of removing the wire so that they can diagnose the problem further.
