I read a lot of forums and the most common response is that the comfort seats are "the more comfortable seats ever and definitely worth it".

Personally haven't spent enough time in them to comment of my own experience. But did notice that they typically are easier to get in and out of. This is due to the side bolsters not sticking out as far as the sports seats. (Hehe, but then you can just go for standard seats if you feel that is a problem).

For what I know, comfort seats add a lot more adjustability. Thus allowing you to really conform them to your body the way you feel is best.
