I can see how it can be viewed as offensive. He is probably in bigger trouble with the copyright infringement issue though. He was also saying that some portion of the profits were going to some charity organization (can't remember which one) but that charity said they were not aware of it and would not accept any proceeds from the shirt sales.

I actually live in Marietta and I have never heard of this bar before, so I guess if this was a marketing stunt, it worked. Like I said, can absolutely see how it can be viewed as offensive, but at the same time I am a little frustrated with how politically correct everything is these days. This may have taken it too far, though.
