Speaking of food, I see you live in Hoboken....I'm sure you have tried Patsy Grimaldi's Coal Oven Pizza....I had in Scottsdale once and thought it was the bomb. SG doesn't like NY style pizza.
Anyhow, since you close to NY, there is a fabulous Japanese-Fusion restaurant called Koi in L.A. and now they just opened one in NYC. You should check it out.
