Got it removed today.

#1. Remove the regulator rod #11 by unscrewing 2x #5.
#2. Take off #5 with a 10mm wrench and then the plate comes off with the sensor.
#3. Remove 2x #4 screws, one of mine was siezed and snapped, so i gotta order a new locking plate.

Will update when the new locking plate comes in and the sensor is back installed.
